With 4 down and only 1 to go; I've bested the Boyz (Burrito Boyz Streetsville), discovered burrito's that are Gods to other burrito's (Fat Bastard), been reminded that my burrito expectations are intimidating to others (Senor Burrito) and learned that a wet burrito is a sad alteration to this majestic Mexican mouthful (El Sombreo). To SEAL the insauga Top 5 Burrito's I find myself travelling to Bristol and Hurontario to BarBurrito! Rolling up in my car to a joint claiming they're "Rolling up some good Stuff". I'll admit my "Burrito Bar" was set pretty high after my previous burrito stop at Fat Bastard, however this place stood up on its own deliverance. The ambiance of the joint is something notable. It was big, spacious with seating, a very relaxing interior. I was taking my burrito to go, but I was very interested in staying because the inside felt so comfortable. (This is the only place I've made comment on the interior design). Probably the best thing about this place was that they have a SELF SERVE SALSA STATION! How freaking genius is that! Salsa and Pico at your disposal, to take as you please! I can dig that! Their selection is very standard (Typical Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, etc) I ordered the chicken and steak burrito, and in a non-traditional approach I selected my toppings at the register, rather than selecting during the process of them making it. This sucks because I know many people, including myself, are particular with their item ratios. For me, I like A LOT of lettuce in mine, and you can't see how much they're putting in your burrito, nor make the comment we normally find ourselves projecting during the process, "Can I have a little more? Yup...ummm more than that. Thank you!" Their item selection was typical also, most of the standard ingredients and also only having refried Pinto/Black beans (I enjoy the bean whole). The Burrito was grilled perfectly and warmed everything through. I was sold on the first bite, and sealed on the second. Considering I didn't have complete control over how my burrito was made, everything was in good proportion and tasted great! I could have used more salsa in mine (As I never get sour cream or burrito sauce) but that salsa station really came in handy as I was capable of dumping full 1oz containers of Pico onto my burrito, getting a huge flavorful bite each time! Their chicken was on the dryer side, and the beef didn't have much flavor to be honest, but all the other ingredients had that fresh taste! This was a great burrito for the price, cheapest one yet and of good size too! If im in the area, I'll definitely come here again!
