A fried chicken kitchen which has a chicken flexing as its image...Call it a sign from the IIFYM gods themselves, but this place may as well had been calling me by name. Taking a break this week from a Toronto food joint and shining some light on a finger-lickin-chicken joint here in Mississauga! Koo Koo's has seemed to remain low key in mississauga, as it doesn't seem to pop-up on many food highlights or suggestive sources for must have sauga eats. If reviews haven't pulled your attention to it yet, than let this be your one and only to get you there A.S.A.P! Koo Koo is what this place will have you feeling for their chicken once you've ordered a 4 piece of their one of the kind fried chicken. Be sure to bring a partner tho, cause we're not messing with no ordinary chicken here. The thigh and leg's of this chicken belonged to a deity to other chickens. Something that was most probably a myth, or a tall tale of a monstrous , feathered creature that lurked within the valleys and would snag little children from their beds with its gigantic talons. This was some BIG chicken i guess is the angle I am trying to get at here... FEARED BY THE TOWNS PEO......! Okay, i'm done. The chicken was ridiculously crispy. It had a crunch to the battered skin like no other fried chicken I have had before. Literally cracking like a chip, you'd swear you were eating some kind of new lays "fried Chicken" flavored chip. That instant salty outter crackle was cradled by a tender bedding of juicy chicken flesh that sponged out rich chicken flavor. These birds were hot stuff though! Suffering a burn in my mouth with my first bite, and than a second burn as I learned nothing from the first time. The chicken was just so good, it was worth the self-inflicted sears. The chicken coming out to us was pipping hot and only meant that it was served from fryer to table. None of this heat lamp B.S. Fresh fried chicken is what Koo Koo's giving yah! They also had a wide variety of seasonings to add to your meal at each table. Seaweed, Curry, Spicy, Black-pepper, lemon...much more variety than your average selection between S&P. I tried each and every one of them, and they all tasted fantastic with the chicken! Each one just adding another dimension of flavor to the white meat and some extra saltiness too is always great with a greasy meal like this. My favourite seasoning was probably the Curry, but Kassandra being her creative-self mixed all of them together and made her own spice concoction. It was better than anyone of them on there own. I encourage you all to try them individual but give the mix a go. Give your chicken a little #KassSass why don't yah. My only complaint about this place would be that the wait was pretty long. Probably 20 minutes for some fried chicken anywhere else would be a big problem. But Koo Koo's isn't selling you fast food timed fried chicken. That's what you go for Popeye's or KFC for. If you want some really exceptional Chicken tho, Koo Koo's is where you should go! 14$ for a 4 piece. But they're so big it feels like an 8 piece. A little more expensive than i'd like, but worth the extra change in the pocket! Pros:

Size of the chicken

Texture of the chicken (So Crispy!) BEST THING! Seasoning selection on another level

Cons:

Wait time
